LIMITED WARRANTY

 

This warranty contains a binding arbitration agreement and a collective action waiver for United States residents. If you live in the United States, the binding arbitration agreement and the waiver of collective action affect your rights under this warranty.

How long does this warranty last

For non-commercial use, Servitec Orlando Security System warrants the product in the terms set forth below for 1 Year from the date of original installation. For commercial use, Servitec Orlando Security System warrants this product in the terms set forth below for 1 Year from the date of original purchase.

 

What this warranty covers

It guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship when the product is normally used in accordance with the manufacturer's user manuals.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product must also be located where it was installed in the same way as the service was delivered.

Your obligations before requesting warranty service

Line and voltage protection devices must be obtained for equipment protection as indicated by the manufacturer. You may be required to submit a purchase receipt (or copy) to demonstrate that the protective product was installed within the warranty period.

Responsibilities of Servitec Orlando Security System

During the duration of the warranty that there is a problem of the manufacturer, breakage or malfunction of the products Servitec Orlando Security System is committed to the replacement of the devices without cost of the product to be replaced. Some charges could be applied in shipping and handling, put to the customer's knowledge as technical support.

Reconfiguration and Remote Assistance service is Free.

Home service that requires full access to the product such as uninstall or re installation by accident or intentional condition may apply for a support charge.
